Chef Jamie, dug up his Midwestern roots and attended the Culinary Institute of America. Upon graduating, the chef gravitated to New England because his love of the ocean, the fresh seafood and being an avid sailor. He practiced his craft in the downtown Boston area for seventeen years. During his tenure, he was awarded the prestigious 'Platinum Plate" with T.V. Diner, appearances at Boston Wine Expo "Celebrity Chef's Table' and numerous other accolades.
Bridgeman's open theatre-style kitchen allows our guests to observe our chef while he prepares each dish with the attention to detail and flair of a craftsman at work.
